Business Support Specialist

What Will You Do?

• Support the sales team – from administrative tasks to daily communication with salons;
• Create reports, statistics, and work in the CRM system;
• Prepare and process documents;
• Edit salon profiles to keep them up to date;
• Enter salon price lists into internal systems and CRM;
• Collaborate with colleagues from different departments.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience on a similar administrative role;
• Excellent MS Office literacy;
• Native level of Bulgarian & B1/B2 level of English;
• Time management and organizational skills;
• Communication skills and presentable behaviour;
• Ability to analyse data from various sources, digest it and present it in a synthesized form.
