Due to expanding of our Sales Team, we are looking for an experienced and loyal professional to join us, for the role of

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT

This position will be responsible for building strong and lasting relationships with new and existing business partners that need executive search, recruitment, temporary staffing or payroll services, employer branding and out-staffing. This is defining role for our business development structure that would require strong previous sales and communication experience in a B2B environment, preferably in a service-oriented environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Demonstrating strategic selling approach to identify, target and penetrate companies with needs appropriate to company's services;
  • Building and maintaining accurate forecasts of sales opportunities;
  • Developing strategic business plan for area of responsibility to maximise revenue from new clients by addressing the unique needs and opportunities of the assigned scope of responsibility;
  • Effectively researching prospect organisation to understand industry segment, key business drivers, situational or environment factors, and business challenges;
  • Building reliable, sustainable, mutually beneficial relationships with key client buying influences;
  • Preparing presentations and participating in bids for potential long-term global partnerships;
  • Negotiating terms and conditions, service fees and other aspects of the business relationships with clients;
  • Working closely with our Recruitment teams to make sure the service delivery expectations are met along the way;
  • Delivering compelling and thought-provoking presentations that attract new partners and extend the relationship with current ones;
  • Acting as a brand ambassador toward external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years of sales, account management or business development experience in a service-oriented business;
  • Proven sales, negotiations and strategic partnership management skills;
  • Client and solution‐oriented – feels comfortable to carry out constant communication with clients;
  • Outstanding interpersonal qualities and ability for effective communication skills;
  • Result-oriented person, motivated by professional achievements;
  • University degree in Economics, Trading or Commerce;
  • Excellent command of MS Office Tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word;
  • Excellent written and oral command of English;
  • International exposure and experience would be a great advantage;
  • Driver’s license.
