Back office VIP Account Manager with Czech and English
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review content (video, image, posts, blogs) and conduct content quality control, ensuring the content complies with local policies and regulations;
- Determine if a user’s post meets the guidelines of the platform;
- Review the reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality;
- Use software to monitor content for certain words or image types, then make human judgments about the content.

THIS WOULD BE THE RIGHT ROLE FOR YOU IF YOU:
- Fluency in Czech (C1);
- English language B2 Level for internal communication and training;
- Logical problem-solving skills as well as multitasking skills;
- To be flexible to work on shifts as required.
