Back Office Specialist with German
Main Responsibilities:
· Manage contracts, orders, invoicing, and cancellations.
· Handle customer inquiries and resolve contract-related issues.
· Support billing and credit processes.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
· Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to process improvements.
