Affiliate Manager
Your Role:
As our Affiliate Manager, you will take the lead in driving growth through strategic affiliate partnerships and high-value client relationships. You'll oversee key acquisition channels, guide a team, and use performance insights to maximize revenue and retention.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the growth and management of affiliate partnerships, from recruitment and negotiations to ongoing optimization, with a focus on driving acquisition and revenue.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with affiliates, ensuring high engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty through tailored support and communication.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance data, using insights to refine strategies, improve ROI, and increase player lifetime value.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, compliance) to ensure affiliate and VIP programs align with company goals and meet regulatory standards.
- Deliver regular reports and strategic updates to senior management, highlighting performance trends, risks, and growth opportunities.

- Excellent verbal and written German or English (C1 C2Level);
- At least 1 year of experience on a similar role;
- Experience in the development of sales or marketing strategy;
- Exceptional listening and interpersonal skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset and a strong passion for ensuring customer satisfaction.
