Accountant for Facility Services with German

Main responsibilities:

• Manage full-scope accounting tasks for residential and commercial real estate portfolios, including debtor processes and bank accounting.
• Oversee accounts receivable/payable, review outgoing invoices, and support dunning processes.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, handle VAT filings, account monitoring, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with property managers, asset managers, tax advisors, and other stakeholders, with occasional master data maintenance.

Job requirements:

• Experience with SAP or other ERP software;
• Fluent in German language (at least B2);
• Working level of English (B1-B2)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar;
• At least 2 years experience in a similar role.
