Our partner is one of the leading outsourcing companies. Currently, they are looking for motivated specialists to join their multilingual team on the position:
Training Manager with German
Main Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for the quality of the performance of the customer advisors;
- Carry out individual coaching and ensure increasing quality;
- You analyze and recognize training needs and control the training participation;
- Manage a team.

This would be the right role for you, if you:
- Have excellent verbal and written German (C1);
- Fluency in English (C1);
- Min. 1 year of management experience;
- Experience as a QA/SME would be considered as an advantage;
- Have excellent communication skills;
- Are a reliable individual with a positive attitude.
