‍Training Manager with German

Main Responsibilities:‍

• Take responsibility for the quality of the performance of the customer advisors;
• Carry out individual coaching and ensure increasing quality;
• You analyze and recognize training needs and control the training participation;
• Manage a team.

• Have excellent verbal and written German (C1);
• Fluency in English (C1);
