Brand Representative with Romanian (Temporary Project)

Main Responsibilities:

• Conducting outbound calls as part of company’s client engagement campaigns;
• Providing clear and accurate information to customers in a professional manner;
• Maintaining a strong product and brand knowledge to address customer needs effectively;
• Delivering a positive customer experience throughout each interaction.
