App Support Specialist with German, Danish, Norwegian or Icelandic | Relocation to Sofia | Mon-Fri

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist users via chat and email;
• Answer questions about the digital platform;
• Help users understand and navigate the service;
• Resolve everyday platform-related issues;
• Make sure every interaction is clear, accurate, and helpful.
