Main Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and support to customers using the company's healthcare devices;
• Help customers troubleshoot product-related issues and guide them through productfunctionality;
• Accurately document customer interactions while following company procedures and quality standards;
• Deliver a professionalcustomer experience by resolving inquiries efficiently and ensuring customersatisfaction.

We're Looking For Candidates Who Have:

• Excellent command of Polish(C1/C2);
• Very good English skills (B2/C1);
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities;
• Previous customerservice or technical support experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
