Remote Technical Support with German
Main responsibilities:
• Provide professional assistance and guidance to corporate employees in resolving technical issues.
• Deliver Level 1 support for devices and applications, including laptops, desktops, tablets, printers, mobile devices, routers, VPN, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and others.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software problems, including installation and configuration.
• Assist users with login issues, password resets, and navigation within various applications
• Maintain a consistent and high-quality support experience for all users.

Job Requirements:
• Fluent in German (C1) with a good command of English (B1/B2).
• Strong interest in technology and a passion for solving technical challenges.
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to develop professionally in a global IT environment.
