Training Specialist with Italian and English

‍

Main Responsibilities:

• Conducting introductory trainings for customer support agents on working with clients, processes, systems;
• Elaboration of training materials and programs to increase the overall team efficiency;
• Monitoring, evaluating papers and presenting simulations;
• Preparing reports and schedules for trainings.

Main Requirements:

• Fluency in Italian and English (C1);
• Experience as a QA or Trainer in a BPO environment is mandatory;
• Experience in providing accurate and timely feedback;
• Availability to work fully on-site from an office in Sofia.
