B2B Distribution Support with French and English
Main responsibilities:
- Manage business queries via phone, live chat, and email;
- Handle complaints related to deliveries, stocks and deadlines;
- Consulting the business clients about possible actions;
- Interdepartmental communication to ensure a positive customer experience.
