Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities (if applicable):

·      Contact and follow up with potential and existing customers via phone, email, and chat

·      Present and promote products or services clearly and professionally

·      Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

Customer Service Responsibilities(CSR):

·      Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone/email / chat

·      Resolve customer issues and complaintsefficiently and empathetically

·      Provide clear and accurate information aboutproducts, services, and accounts

Requirements

·      Fluency in Dutch

·      Good command of English

·      Previous experience in sales or customerservice is a plus

·      Basic computer skills
