‍Quality Analyst with Spanish‍

‍

‍Main Responsibilities:‍

• Monitor, analyse and evaluate the digital sales team performance;
• Provide recommendations and feedback to team members and managers;
• Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports for the stakeholders;
• Participate in internal and external meetings, periodic calibration sessions and quality improvement initiatives with stakeholders;
• Fulfil individual quality coaching sessions and assessments if needed.

‍Main Requirements:‍

• Excellent level of Spanish - C1;
• Intermediate level of English – B2;
• At least 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance role within a BPO environment is mandatory;
• Sales background would be considered a strong advantage;
• Ability to attend a fully on-site job settling.
