Customer Operations Specialist with Spanish & English

Main Responsibilities:

·       Verify customer documentation and personal information in line with internal procedures.

·       Respond to customer inquiries promptly, accurately, and in a courteous manner.

·       Assist customers with payment- and deposit-related inquiries, as well as questions regarding the mobile application.

·       Work with internal software systems and applications to process requests and update customer records.

What We're Looking For:

·       Fluency in Spanish

·       Very good command of English (B2 or higher); 

·       Excellent communication skills with a strong eye for detail; 

·       Availability to work from our office in Sofia on a flexible schedule.
