Quality Assurance Specialist with Italian
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor, analyse and evaluate the digital sales team performance;
- Provide recommendations and feedback to team members and managers;
- Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports for the stakeholders;
- Participate in internal and external meetings, periodic calibration sessions and quality improvement initiatives with stakeholders;
- Fulfil individual quality coaching sessions and assessments if needed.

Main Requirements:
- Excellent level of Italian - C1;
- Intermediate level of English – B2;
- At least 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance role within a BPO environment is mandatory;
- Sales background would be considered a strong advantage;
- Ability to attend a fully on-site job settling.
