Deputy Store Manager - Beauty Retail

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations, achievement of sales targets and KPIs, and effective organization of the store;
  • Coordinate and supervise the store team, distribute tasks, monitor performance, and actively contribute to motivation and engagement;
  • Ensure excellent customer service, handle complex client situations and complaints, and act as a role model for service standards;
  • Oversee merchandising, correct labeling, inventory management, and ordering of goods;
  • Take responsibility for cash desk operations and ensure continuity of store activities in the absence of the Store Manager.

Requirements:

  • English language – minimum B2 level (Croatian native or fluent);
  • 2–3 years of experience in retail, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior role;
  • Good understanding of retail operations, KPIs, merchandising, inventory control, and cash management;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a customer-oriented approach;
  • Ability to motivate a team, solve problems, and maintain high service standards;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Proactive, organized, and results-driven personality.
