Technical Support Consultant with German (Home Office)
Main Responsibilities:
Providing general technical guidance and assistance in problem-solving to corporate clients from a famous brand;
Perform Technical support in connection with resolving technical issues, related to laptops, desktops, tablets, printers, mobile phones, routers, Microsoft Office package, VPN, Outlook and other applications;Uninstall and reinstall software applications;
Resolve username and password problems;Assist with navigation around application menus.

Have excellent verbal and written German (C1 Level);
Good English level (B1/B2 Level);
Have technical knowledge, understanding, and passion for technologies;
Previous experience in customer or technical support will be considered as a strong advantage.
