Due to the expansion of our client’s team, we are looking for motivated candidates with very good command of the German language, who are interested in online content, user communication, and the digital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Working with online content and user interactions;

- Written communication with users in German;

- Reviewing and handling user requests, comments, and reports;

- Supporting a positive and safe online environment;

- Following internal guidelines and quality standards;

- Working with internal systems and tools.

Candidate Requirements:

- Very good level of German (B2–C1);

- Good communication skills and attention to detail;

- Interest in online platforms, digital content, and social media;

- Ability to follow processes and guidelines;

- Availability to work 4, 6, or 8 hours per day;

- Previous experience is not required.
