Main responsibilities:

• Supporting end-users regarding the company services and products;
• Build sustainable relationships and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue and retention.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools;
• Focus on process improvement identification and development.

Job requirements:

• Fluent level of German;
• Working level of English (B1-B2);
• Relevant experience will be regarded as an advantage;
