Social Media Coordinator with Danish / Norwegian / Icelandic / Irish OR Latvian

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and efficient support for the company`s products and services via different channels;
• Verify personal information in line with company procedures;
• Utilize ticketing systems and resolve customer inquiries;
• Build trust and foster long-term client relationships through reliable and empathetic service.

This would be the right role for you if you have:

• Very good verbal and written Danish / Norwegian / Icelandic / Irish OR Latvian (C1 Level);

• Very good level of English (B2/C1 Level);
• Experience in a similar area would be considered as an advantage;
• Excellent communication skills, analytical skills, and detail orientation.
