Sales Coordinator with French and English
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound sales operations by phone and email with B2B contacts across all stages of the sales funnel
- Identify alternative points of contact as appropriate to outreach strategy
- Adherence to all response-time SLA’s as well as use of mandatory sales cadences
- Actively manage sales pipeline with a focus on moving all prospects through the sales funnel
- Maintain all relevant prospect and customer interactions on Salesforce
- Transition qualified leads from pipeline to onboarding team to further the customer journey and buying process
- Review and report daily, monthly and quarterly metrics to help achieve sales goals
- Provide accurate customer success data to interested parties
