Mainresponsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales agents.
• Drive achievement of sales targets using a data-driven approach.
• Conduct regular one-on-one and team coaching sessions.
• Identify training needs and support team development.
• Ensure excellent customer service and adherence to procedures.

Job Requirements:

• 1+ year of managerial or supervisory  experience.
• 3+ years of overall work experience.
• 1+ year of sales experience (outbound, upselling, cross-selling, digital/telemarketing).
• Proven experience leading teams and achieving targets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM and sales analytic tools.
• Fluent Spanish and good English.
