Main Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a designated program in close partnershipwith the Regional Sales Manager (rSM), ensuring strong delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Act as a strategic partner to the rSM by identifying opportunities to improve performance, enhance quality, and better support small business customers.
• Monitor revenue trends, key performance drivers, and market developments across industries and verticals, recommending focus areas and growth opportunities.
• Implement and track program incentives (SPIFs) and activation initiatives in line with the guidance provided by the rSM.
• Execute sales activation and performance plans, while contributing to the development of recovery strategies when needed.
• Collaborate closely with QA, Coaching, and WFM teams to ensure quality standards are consistently met, and operational targets are achieved.
• Ensure Team Leads and Agents receive the necessary communication, training, and coaching to successfully deliver program goals.
• Maintain a deep understanding of customer challenges and opportunities by leveraging insights from Team Leads, call shadowing, QA feedback, and performance analysis, and communicate these effectively to the rSM.

This would be the right role for you if you have:
•Minimum 3 years of experience in sales-driven operations.
• At least 5 years of experience in a team management rolewithin a BPO or outsourced operations setting.
• Strong understanding of program strategy and ability to translate strategic goals into operational execution.
• Proven experience in analyzing performance data, extracting actionable insights, and using them to drive results.
• Experience building, leading, and developing junior sales teams.
• Solid background in advertising sales.
• Fluency in English
