Order Management Specialist with German

Main Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently input and manage customer orders into the system, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date;
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding their orders via chat and email;
  • Provide timely updates on order status, resolve any issues with insurance policies, and handle inquiries related to products.
