Key Responsibilities:
- Gather client feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure a smooth experience.
- Develop strategic account plans aligned with client goals and business objectives.
- Identify optimization and growth opportunities through ongoing research and market insights.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships while providing consultative guidance.
- Keep accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and organized documentation of client activities.

Requirements:
- High school diploma required.
- Native-level proficiency in the production language (C1-C2) for Spanish/ Italian/ French/ German.
- Good level of English (B2-C1).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or outbound sales.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms/ certifications are a plus.
- Ability to work on-site with a supportive and collaborative team environment.
