Our partner is a brand new outsourcing company that is opening their first office in Sofia, Bulgaria. Currently, they are looking for motivated specialists to join their multilingual team on the position:
Member Services Specialist with English (non-voice)
Main responsibilities:
- Provide general support to the clients via chat and email regarding the customer inquiries;
- Resolve and investigate various cases and escalate them to the responsible departments;
- Maintain company`s database.

Job requirements:
- Proficient level of English (C1/C2 Level);
- Excellent communication skills;
