Marketing Customer Service Agent with German
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide customer service via telephone and email;
- Inform clients about the conditions surrounding product usage;
- Navigate the customers with inquiries about the website and its usages (registering, logging in, data change);
- Resolve issues around orders and payments.
WHAT THE COMPANY OFFERS:
