Human Resources Administrator with Polish and English
Main responsibilities:
- Managing the end-to-end administrative employee lifecycle (hire-to-retire)
- Assisting with payroll processing, scheduling, and employee benefits administration
- Coordinating promotions, training programs, maternity leaves, etc
- Preparing periodic reports and performance analyses for the team leads and managers
