Global HR Specialist - Recruitment and Development

Your Responsibilities:
  • As an HR Development Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing the employer brand and driving forward strategic people development initiatives
  • Coordinating and supporting the implementation of new personnel and organizational development initiatives
  • Further developing programs focused on talent and leadership development, as well as personal and professional growth
  • Evaluating development initiatives and identifying strategic areas for action
  • Advising leaders and HR Business Partners on learning, training, and change management topics at the site
  • Leading the rollout of the digital annual review process in the blue-collar segment
  • Driving the digitalization of HR processes and supporting the implementation of AI-based tools
  • Contributing to global HR development projects within the household appliances division

Your Profile:
  • University degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field
  • Initial project experience and a solid understanding of change management
  • Familiarity with modern personnel development and project management methodologies
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and engage diverse stakeholders
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • High degree of solution orientation and a proactive mindset
