Human Resources Administrator with Portuguese and English

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing the end-to-end administrative employee lifecycle (hire-to-retire);
  • Assisting with payroll processing, scheduling, and employee benefits administration;
  • Coordinating promotions, training programs, maternity leaves, etc;
  • Preparing periodic reports and performance analyses for the team leads and managers.
