Our partner is a multinational provider of HR and financial operational services for the business. Regarding their market expansion in Latin America and the Iberian Peninsula, we are looking for:
Human Resources Administrator with Portuguese and English
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing the end-to-end administrative employee lifecycle (hire-to-retire);
- Assisting with payroll processing, scheduling, and employee benefits administration;
- Coordinating promotions, training programs, maternity leaves, etc;
- Preparing periodic reports and performance analyses for the team leads and managers.
