Incentive Compensation Analyst

‍

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage the administration and payout process of commissions from closed deals;
• Communicate with sales representatives to resolve questions related to commission metrics and amounts;
• Participate in reviewing and periodically calculating commissions in Xactly;
• Prepare periodic UATs and process improvements;
• Coordinate with the Payroll team to ensure accurate and timely commission payments.

Main Requirements:

• Excellent command of English;
• + 2 years of experience calculating commissions and bonuses for sales teams;
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data modeling);
• Experience with specialized commission software (Xactly or Salesforce).
