Shift Manager with English

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the daily operations of a sales team, ensuring high performance and productivity throughout the shift;

• Distribute and manage leads effectively to maximize team results;
‍
• Motivate, coach, and support sales representatives to consistently meet daily and monthly targets;

• Monitor individual and team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions;

• Collaborate closely with fellow Shift Managers and report directly to the Department Manager;

This would be the right role for you if you have:

• Fluent or native-level English;

• Previous experience in Sales / Sales teammanagement (preferably in a call center environment) OR previous experience asa Sales or Conversion agent;
‍
• Experience in immigration services (a strong advantage);

• A target-driven, energetic personality withstrong communication and leadership skills.
