Our client, a new international company in the banking sector, is starting its operations in Bulgaria, and is establishing its team in Varna. To help them with that, we are looking for:
HR Generalist
Main responsibilities:
• Supportthe full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee administration, and offboarding processes;
• Act as apoint of contact for employees regarding HR-related topics, policies, and procedures;
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with internalpolicies and legal requirements;
• Supportrecruitment activities, including coordination of interviews and communicationwith candidates;
• Assist in performance management, training coordination, and employee development initiatives;
• Contribute to the implementation and improvement of HR processes and internal policies;
• Collaborate closely with managers to support day-to-day HR operations and employee relations.

Job requirements:
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken);
• Previous experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role;
• Solid knowledge of HR processes and labor legislation;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and develop.
