Experienced Customer Support with English (US shifts)
Main responsibilites:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers and transport carriers (via phone, email, and text);
 - Schedule and coordinate vehicle pickups and deliveries;
 - Manage dispatch operations and track shipments in real time;

Job requirments:
- Excellent verbal and written English (B2 and above);
 - Previous experience in customer service, dispatch, or logistics is a plus, but not mandatory;
 - Available to work afternoons to late evenings;
 - To be able to work from an office in Sofia;
