Customer Support Specialist- iGaming Platform
Main Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, video, and online chat to provide professional and timely assistance;
- Deliver high-quality customer support by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an excellent user experience;
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and collaborate with internal teams to improve overall service quality.

Requirements:
- English language level B2;
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented attitude;
- Ability to work in shifts and in a fast-paced environment;
- Previous experience is not required the role is suitable for entry-level candidates.
Knowledge of Serbian language is considered an advantage
