Onboarding Agent with Romanian / French / Italian or German 

Main responsibilities

Setup and onboardingof new B2B/ B2C customers – implementation, activation and guidance.

Conduct outbound calls /meetings as part of company’s client engagement campaigns;

Provideclear and accurate information to customers in a professional manner;

Maintain astrong product and brand knowledge to address customer needs effectively;

Deliver apositive customer experience throughout each interaction.

Advanced level of Romanian/ French / Italian or German  and English;
