Main Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to customers regarding their accounts and platform functionalities;
- Investigate and resolve user inquiries or technical issues in a timely and professional manner;
- Stay up to date with newly introduced features, updates, and promotional campaigns;
- Collect and share feedback from customers to support ongoing service improvement.
Requirements
- Excellent command of English (C1 level);
- Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset;
- Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced digital environment.
