Experienced Chat and Email Support Specialist with English
Main responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer questions through various channels;
- Manage different requests and provide accurate information about products and services;
- Guide users through account creation, password recovery, and profile updates.

Job requirements:
- Fluency English (C1);
- Availability to work on shifts;
