E-mail and Chat Specialist with Polish&English (Remote)

Main responsibilities:

• Communication with users, regarding the services of the company via chat and email;
• Support users in managing their accounts;
• Informing the users about upcoming changes in regulations;
• Assistance with resolving daily cases.
