Customer Support Representative with German/Swedish/Italian/Greek/Thai and English

Main responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner;
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to account access, deposits, withdrawals, and game play;
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our casino games, sports betting options, promotions and policies to effectively assist customers
