Back Office Specialist with German
Main Responsibilities:
- Supporting clients at all levels via email;
- Utilizing a dedicated internal software system for data management and storage;
- Guiding clients through procedures and providing extensive product knowledge;
- Establishing client trust and satisfaction through professional service.

- Standard working hours (Mon - Fr);

- Very good verbal and written Germa (B2 - C1 Level);
