· Build lasting relationships by delivering thoughtful, personalized support that puts the customer first;
· Continuously deepen your understanding of our products, services, and policies to deliver accurate and effective solutions.

Job requirements:
· Fluency in any of the following languages: Czech, Danish, German;
· Very good command of English (B2/C1);
· Availability to work on shifts;
· Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
