Main Responsibilities:
· Oversee the day-to-day administration of the CRM platform, ensuring customer records remain accurate, up to date, and well-organized.
· Collect, analyze, and segment customer data to support targeted and personalized marketing campaigns.
· Design, coordinate, and deliver customer lifecycle campaigns through various communication channels, including email, SMS, and mobile push notifications.
· Evaluate campaign results, monitor key performance indicators, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
· Develop strategies aimed at increasing customer satisfaction, engagement, retention, and long-term value.

Job requirements:
