Customer Support Consultant with German (NEW Project)
Main responsibilities:
- Handle clients' inquiries and requests via phone, email and chat;
- Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are fully resolved;
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies;
- Collaborate with different departments.

Job requirements:
- Fluent level of German or French (C1);
