Customer Support Agent with English (HYBRID)

Main Responsibilities:‍

• Addressing customer concerns and offering the most effective solution;
• Promoting additional products or services;
• Delivering customer assistance over the phone (only inbound calls);
• Solving issues while maintaining exceptional service and product standards for company customers.
