Customer Service Specialist with Polish (VIP customers)

Main responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email in a timely and professional manner;
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to account access, deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay;
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our casino games, sports betting options, promotions, and policies to effectively assist customers.

Job requirements:

• Fluency in Polish (C1);
• Excellent level of English (B2);
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the online gambling industry as a Customer Support Specialist;
• Availability to work an 8-hour shift with 24/7 coverage;
• Being able to work from the office in Sofia.
