Main responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and requests via phone, email and chat;
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved;
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies;
• Collaborate with different departments.

Job requirements:

• Fluent level of English and Russian (C1);
• Excellent soft and organizational skills;
• Previous experience in the BPO field is a plus.
