Main responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and requests via phone, email and chat;
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved;
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies;
- Collaborate with different departments.

Job requirements:
- Fluent level of English and Russian (C1);
- Excellent soft and organizational skills;
- Previous experience in the BPO field is a plus.
