𝗖𝗿𝘆𝗽𝘁𝗼 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 - Hybrid work

‍‍Main Responsibilities:‍

• Managing and investigating crypto payment settlement activities;
• Monitoring high-risk payment transactions and fiat-to-crypto/ crypto-to-fiat convergences;
• Assessing and reviewing business client data;
• Processing the end-to-end lifecycle of payment-related claims;
• Collaborating closely with Operations and Compliance teams on complex cases;
• Ensuring accurate and timely handling of cases in line with the defined SLAs.

‍Main Requirements:‍

• Fluency in English - C1;
• Experience with digital finance operations and crypto settlements;
• Professional background in fintech or a banking company;
• Proficiency in using Jira or a ticketing system would be considered an advantage.
